01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and Z77 Game ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of z77game.pro, including the website, the Android app, and the iOS Progressive Web App.

Access to Z77 Game is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. You accept these Terms when you complete registration, make a deposit, place a bet, or otherwise interact with the platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the complete agreement governing your use of Z77 Game.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Z77 Game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Z77 Game is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement you have previously requested on Z77 Game.

Z77 Game reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending review.

03 Your Account

Registration

You may only hold one account on Z77 Game. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device combinations — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited. If you have lost access to an existing account, please contact our support team rather than registering a new one.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal details. Your name, date of birth, and contact information must match the details associated with the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials confidential at all times. Do not share your password with anyone — including friends or family members. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Z77 Game will never contact you asking for your password via any channel. Any communication claiming to be from Z77 Game and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Z77 Game also reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of proven fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits on Z77 Game are processed in PKR. We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer from major Pakistani banks, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of the platform.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Using a payment method that belongs to another person is not permitted. Z77 Game reserves the right to refuse deposits and request additional verification if a payment cannot be matched to your account.

Once a deposit is credited to your account, it is available immediately for betting and gaming activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner.

Before a withdrawal is processed, you may be required to provide identity verification documents. This is a standard requirement and is not indicative of any problem with your account. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed fastest.

05 Betting Rules

Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on Z77 Game, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your selections, stake amount in PKR, and potential returns carefully before confirming. Z77 Game accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the user.

All odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. This applies to pre-match markets and live in-play markets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed, a market being suspended due to irregular activity, an obvious pricing error, or a technical fault that affects the integrity of the market. In all void cases, your original stake will be returned to your account balance.

Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets update in real time during cricket and other sporting events. Odds move quickly based on match situation. Z77 Game reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid unless separately voided for the reasons above.

• In-play cricket markets cover ball-by-ball events, over totals, wicket methods, and match result at any stage of play.
• PSL live markets include all group stage and playoff fixtures throughout the tournament.
• Football in-play markets cover major international and club competitions.
• Esports live markets are available on CS2, Dota 2, and VALORANT major tournaments.

Maximum Winnings

Z77 Game reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets and across markets. These limits are displayed within the betting section and may vary by sport, market type, and event. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding these limits will have the stake automatically adjusted, or will require manual review before acceptance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Z77 Game offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL and international cricket series.

Each bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. These specific terms include wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, and expiry periods. All such specific terms are supplementary to and consistent with these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are offered.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or by circumventing eligibility criteria is not permitted.
• Z77 Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Depositing solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting intent may result in the bonus being removed from your account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Z77 Game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at any stage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults on the platform to generate artificial wins.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Z77 Game staff or other users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.

08 Responsible Gaming
